Easy-to-Use Force Measurement

In Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC) without protective walls, collisions between humans and robots are inevitable. To ensure the safety of HRC workstations, it is essential to strictly adhere to the permissible limits of force and pressure specified in ISO/TS 15066.

Principle

● The system consists of PC software, the CBSF-Basic force sensor, and the CoboSafe-Scan pressure measurement system based on Fuji® Prescale film.

● The CBSF-Basic force gauge evaluates force measurements and displays the results on the screen.

● Collision pressure and pressure distribution are measured using Fuji® Prescale film.

● The printed image is imported into CoboSafe-Vision software using a scanner combined with a calibration table developed by GTE and automatically evaluated.
